Automated Valuation Models (AVMs)

RP Data is Australia's only provider of multiple AVMs developed in conjunction with First American Core Logic™ and Rismark International. Powered by Australia’s most complete and extensive property database, RP Data's AVMs (both static and interactive) employ market leading intellectual property customised for the Australian market using proven, scientific, and statistically robust techniques. Our AVMs enjoy a reputation for high sophistication and outstanding pedigree.

Each AVM Estimate is derived from the use of several methodologies to achieve the most accurate possible estimate given available data. Depending on location and available data, up to 8 component models can be utilised at any given time to provide a level of accuracy unmatched by most competitors.

With the launch of RP Data's interactive AVM, users can augment the available data for any given property address with additional data such as the number of bedrooms to dramatically improve the accuracy of our AVM Estimates. Additionally, each AVM Estimate is provided with a Forecasted Standard Deviation (FSD) letting the user know exactly how accurate the AVM Estimate statistically is.

Desktop Valuations (EVRs)

There is constant pressure for organisations to reduce the cost of valuation services without compromising risk levels, ensuring an accurate assessment is provided as quickly as possible every time. RP Data's desktop valuation product, the patented EVR, is Australia's only proven, reliable and consistent desktop valuation solution.

Desktop valuations are performed by local, fully-accredited valuers resulting in greatly reduced turn-around times at a lower cost. By significantly reducing the requirement for valuers to be physically present on-site for every valuation, EVR provides a safe and cost-effictive alternative to full on-site internal inspections while providing a coplete audit trail.

Available since 2004, EVR is the industry gold standard desktop valuation solution.

Vector

Given the range of Valuation Solutions offered by RP Data, we also provide a product for customers requiring a sophisticated decisioing tool to help choose the most apropriate Valuation Solution in any given circumstance. Powered by intellectual property developed and localised in conjunction with First American Core Logic™, Vector can provide management across most aspects of your valuation and risk workflows.

For example, Vector can empower lender staff by selecting the appropriate Valuation Solution given the unique risk profile of a loan application, cascading from an AVM, an EVR right through to a full on-site internal inspection as needed.

ValuersLink

ValuersLink is a valuation workflow management tool that allows lenders to order valuations, receive valuations, and manage panel valuers all in an easy to deploy environment. ValuersLink includes extensive reporting, auditing and valuer incentive features which can be applied on the basis of valuer performance, SLA adherence or customised by management.

Through ValuersLink, a lender has the ability to manage all aspects of its valuation workflow. Coupled with Vector and RP Data's other Valuation Solutions, lenders can avail themselves of a suite that is unique in its breadth of features both locally and internationally.

ValuersNet

ValuersNet is a valuation workflow automation and tracking for valuers and is designed to enable both panel valuers and individual valuer firms to better manage daily operations. ValuersNet delivers enormous efficiencies by automating and tracking the entire valuation workflow for valuers through features such as real-time progress or access delay reporting and electronic completion of valuation reports. ValuersNet, as with RP Data's other Valuation Solutions, is built upon open web standards for rapid deployment and new feature roll-outs.

Portfolio Valuation Services

For lenders looking to comply with Basel II or better understand the risk profile of their loan book, RP Data can provide Portfolio Valuation Services for individual properties or on a street/area level. This batch service can be run at specified dates, whether current or retrospective, and can be customised to meet your specific needs. Customisations available include reporting: the average number of days properties are on the market; whether a property is listed for sale under the mortgage value; whether proportions of a lender's loan book have significantly decreased in value since mortgage origination; and the quality of address data recorded in a lender's loan book.
