Ian Fraser was elected Non-Executive Independent Chairman in October 2008. He was appointed as an independent Director in September 2006. Mr Fraser is also Chairman of the company's Audit Committee. Mr Fraser is a Chartered Accountant practising as a Company Director with more than 40 years' experience as a business and accounting professional. Ted Pretty was appointed to the RP Data Board in October 2005 and served as its inaugural Chairman until stepping down in October 2008. Mr Pretty is currently Acting CEO of Gulf Finance House. He is also non Executive Chairman of Fujitsu Australia Limited. Previously, Mr Pretty was an Executive Director at Macquarie Capital Advisors Limited and a Director of Australian Nuclear Science Technology Organization. Mr Pretty also spent eight years as an Officer and Senior Executive of Telstra Corporation Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Macquarie University.
Mr. Livermore was appointed to the Board in December 2009. Mr. Livermore is currently President of The First American Corporation’s Data and Analytics Solutions group, part of the newly-formed Information Solutions Company, and also serves as Chief Executive Officer of First American CoreLogic Inc., (FACL) the largest provider of advanced property and ownership information and analytics in the United States of America. Mr. Livermore oversees all aspects of First American’s Data and Analytic businesses. His responsibilites also include managing the corporate information technology group for the Information Solutions Company. A 25-year information industry veteran with particular emphasis on data and analytics, Mr. Livermore is a member of the Real Estate Information Professionals Association and the Mortgage Banker’s Association. He has published numerous articles on how to effectively deploy information and analytical products to improve mortgage lending and real estate transaction processes, is a regular speaker at industry conferences and is frequently quoted by trade and mainstream media such as Mortgage Banking, National Mortgage News, MSNBC and CNBC. Mr. Livermore graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.
Jerry Hoerauf was appointed by FACL to the RP Data Board in August 2006. Mr Hoerauf has over 30 years' experience in the real estate and credit information services industry in the United States. In 1986, he launched and operated the predecessor company to the current FACL business while at TRW Information Systems & Services. During the past 20 years, Mr Hoerauf has led the acquisition and integration of more than 25 companies that have been consolidated into FACL. He is currently the Executive Vice President of Business Development for FACL and is responsible for mergers and acquisitions for that group on a global basis. Mr Hoerauf holds degrees in Economics from The University of California, Santa Barbara and a Masters in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
Graham Mirabito joined RP Data in October 2005 as CEO and was previously the Managing Director, Asia Pacific for Netcracker Technology, a Boston-based global software company servicing the telecommunications sector. He has over 25 years experience in the information technology industry including 10 years in engineering and 15 years in sales, marketing, operations, mergers and acquisitions and general management. Previous positions held by Mr Mirabito include Direct of Solutions and Innovation (Telstra), General Manager Enterprises (Solution 6), Chief Operating Officer (Julia Ross Recruitment) Managing Director Telstra United Kingdom (Telstra) and National Sales Manager (Telstra). Mr Mirabito holds an Associate Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Queensland University of Technology. |
